A Song of degrees of David.
I was glad when they said unto me,
Let us go into the house of the LORD.
(Psalms 122:1 KJV)
Is life perfect? No. Can our experience be better? Yes.
What are we going to do about it?
Go to God’s House.
Do I have a need? Hear me. We all do.
Is something holding me back? All the time.
What do I do? You know what to do.
Go to God’s House.
Can I not be like the centurion? “Say the word…” (Luke 7:7)
Yes. Faith can be expressed as such.
But it’s in God’s house with other travelers in life
Where we learn interdependence and connection.
Go to God’s House.
There’s nothing like standing and praying,
Shoulder to shoulder, to understand your poignant need.
You are no different than anyone else.
Go to God’s House.
In the company of worshippers and believers,
We join our voices together in crescendo.
Worship. Prayer. Praise. Agreement. Amen!
Go. To. God’s. House.
At the end of the day…
If you keep your heart right.
You will be happy, and you will say.
We went to God’s House.
