Once again, the middle of the night beckons.
I’m sure this isn’t the way of the aging.
But it feels like a routine that becomes a rut.
If it happens too often, the day will be tired.

Quit tossing and turning, worried about whatever.
Get up and make space to let your mind and spirit rest.
The time spent? Make it profitable. At least, I do.
Why am I tired now when I couldn’t be tired then?

That’s a valid question… I know the answer.
Production is like “hard work,” which Edison calls opportunity.
Opportunity means making choices for a purpose.
My purpose is not to waste these early hours on nothing.

Lesson learned. It’s nearing light through the shades.
It’s time to head back to sleep. Catch those 40 winks.
As fast as you will note it, the morning begins anew.
Now you’re recharged and ready. Go! Win! It’s a brand new day.
