What's My Job?What's My Job?

When God does not respond the way we want Him to, I think He’s reminding us that He is sovereign, in charge, in control, and will do what He wants, when He wants. That’s His Job.

It’s my job to Trust Him…

The problem is we often feel guilty about something and think the results are our own fault. That may be, but pray for forgiveness and give your thoughts and feelings over to Him. Then let Him do what He wants when He wants.

It’s STILL your job to Trust Him…

My prayer?

“God, I am sorry for my sins and what I have done to create this moment in my life.
Please, forgive me of all my trespasses, sins, faults, and failures.
Help me to get through this trouble and over the next hurdle.
I love you and I trust you.
~me…”

If that is your prayer, then it is ESPECIALLY your job to Trust Him. We have a job to do every day. Do you know what’s your job today, tomorrow, and every day to come? It may be you are being tested to see if you can perform your J-O-B right now!

Let your faith speak. Peter says it like this.

In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while,
if need be, you have been grieved by various trials,
that the genuineness of your faith,
being much more precious than gold that perishes,
though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory
at the revelation of Jesus Christ,
(1 Peter 1:6-7 NKJV)

Keep this focus. My Trial. My Faith. My Witness of Him. That’s My Job!

Faith is an Acronym, and I learned this a very long time ago.

F=Forsaking
A=All
I=I
T=Trust
H=Him
A lesson we all need to learn
The test comes our way all the time
To learn, and do, again, and again
Makes the next time
A quicker response

Job Well Done!
