On the last day of March,
Spring sprung,
Resurrection Sunday
It happens to fall on March 31.
Tomorrow, for the fool?
Not me. It’s too important.
Today, celebrate. Tomorrow?
Scary. Worrisome. It’s time to pray.
My cousin sent me a thought.
Early this morning
The six most important words?
It is Finished… He is Risen!
Close out the month.
Next? Start over again.
Don’t let today be wasted.
Close the story. Start anew.
This world is evil and full of wrongs.
But there’s a promise. Hope.
Start today as if closing the past.
But also let it be the beginning of your future.
Some paint today with evil intentions.
But we can choose to live as a new beginning.
It’s really up to you. And me.
The Last Day? No. It’s a Fresh Start.
