Spinning. Spiraling. Falling. Failing. Worrying. Stressing. Losing control.

Bottom.

Unloaded. Refreshed. Reaching. Stretching. Climbing. Relieved. Higher. Soaring.

Don’t live in a roller coaster world.

It’s exhilarating the first time, then you grow weary, and finally, it becomes a destructive cycle. Mental and physical get out of sync. It wears you out. Not healthy. Nor profitable. Keep yourself level.

Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.”
(Proverbs 4:23, KJV)

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God,
that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God,
which is your reasonable service.
And be not conformed to this world:
but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind,
that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
(Romans 12:1-2, KJV)

Living up and down in constant motion is not healthy.
