Imagine the creator,
Of everything we see
From as close as your cells,
To lightyears away.
From our perspective
How? Then, Why?
Are we an experiment?
Did we go horribly wrong?
Or is this just a big melting pot?
Of a trial that’s gone wrong?
Of creative powers that exist.
You must wonder Who, and then,
When, and What else?
Then you ask Where, as is,
Where do you come from?
Or where are you now?
Now, imagine the creator from a different view.
Not there, but here, and how would He come?
The story? We read in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John,
But the prophecy was hundreds of years in the making.
This morning, quite early, even for me,
One of those I enjoy reading wrote
About the improbable story and the Bethlehem Star.
She’s an astronomer and once was an atheist.
If you read, you may find hope and joy.
Others have been asking the same questions.
Thank you for reading.
