As a Christian…
Sunday is the Lord’s Day,
but we’ve filled it up with so much stuff.
Things that are not flattering to our life,
or spiritual to keep us ready.
Great falling away? Perhaps.
The distractions are huge.
Big Screen. Loud speakers.
That could even describe church, except,
Poor food and beverage choices.
Raucous behaviors.
I love quiet time.
On a drive,
walking the homestead,
praying,
Bible researching.
Devoting my spiritual energies to my role.
Rededicate.
Daily consecration.
Ready at a moments notice to accomplish my mission.
It’s a personal choice.
