We were there at the beginning
But did we know it was starting?
Or were we only able to look backward
And idenitfy space and time unique to the place
We call the beginning?
I read a statement,
I know I’ll need to research
But the thought was to connect
The beginning and the ending.
You can’t have one with the other.
Only, which came first?
“What we call the beginning is
often the end
and to make an end is to make a beginning.
The end is where we start from.”’
~T.S. Eliot
This made me think…
Will the New Jerusalem be any better than the Garden of Eden?
Will the ending of a race be all we look for?
Or does the end signify a beginning? Shiny and new?
Which ending is more important? This one? Or the last one?
As I age, and watch others age before me,
I wonder about the ending.
For me, I know, it will start a new beginning…
And that beginning…will never end.
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
(Genesis 1:1 NKJV)
I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”
(Revelation 22:13 NKJV)
