This is not just at corporate levels or sports. It also includes parenting and scouting and is especially true in the role of pastoring.
Through my years in all these roles, I’ve found it difficult to ease through the paths and cliffs, skirting failure and praying for success.
But a true leader never ceases. They work on change and improvement. From perceived inadequacies, one will better their approach or learn to present better options.
Leadership is about growing, changing, and becoming better all the time. Leaders Learn. Share. And they never stop.
Don’t be discouraged when you feel the weight. You wouldn’t be a leader if you couldn’t take it.
