Can we not aim for the negative action and think it’s positive? Sure. It depends on the purpose of the negative and the action you take with it. Tell your children to stop making noise or to not run into the street without looking – well, that’s a negative looking for positive results.
But always reciting negative speech can make you seem to be a negative person.
