What’s Your Purpose
Why are you here? Where are you going? Are you spending the best version of “you” available?
We have all struggled with that big question of our future. Who am I? What’s my purpose? Some are fortunate to have this figured out, somehow, at a very young age. This is not the case for the rest of us!
There were times of my past I simply knew what I wanted to be, and then other times I felt clueless.
Yes. Our desires change, but there are versions of ourselves that never morph out of our intended purpose. The world changes and presents new options “never before seen” (in the voice of a carnival barker). Will the real you stand up?!?!!
David recognized that he was “fearfully and wonderfully” made (Psalms 139:11), and after his miraculous change, Paul declared:
“And I will very gladly spend and be spent for your souls…” 2Co 12:15 (NKJV)
Each recognized something unique about themselves, and their purpose…Do you see the same in yourself? What’s your purpose?
